Can I run Google Search Ads with generic, non-branded keywords?
Yes. Generic, non-branded, high-intent keywords (e.g. "nail technician course," "e-file manicure training") are welcome on Google Search Ads.
Can I bid on "VEL Academy," instructor names, or course names?
Bidding on brand terms is not blanket-prohibited. That said, please avoid anything that could mislead searchers or infringe our trademark — for example, ad copy implying you are VEL Academy. When in doubt, check with us before launching.
Is there a list of required negative or prohibited keywords?
Not at this time. If restrictions become necessary in the future, all affiliates will be notified directly.
Which ad platforms can I use?
Google Search Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, Pinterest Ads, and YouTube Ads are all permitted.

Can I build my own landing pages (educational, review, or comparison style)?

Can I edit the banners and promotional materials you provide?
You may adapt them, but please pre-approve any significant changes with us first. Send your proposed version and we'll review it promptly.
Can I use VEL Academy's promo videos and clips?
Yes, for approved affiliates — but only the clips provided directly to you or available in the official affiliate media kit, and only for promoting VEL Academy courses through your affiliate link. Videos may not be re-edited in a way that changes their meaning (for example, removing safety or licensing disclaimers), re-uploaded as your own original content, or transferred to anyone else. Any promotion using these clips must be clearly disclosed as an ad/affiliate partnership (#ad or #affiliate), per FTC and platform guidelines.
🚫 Can I keep using VEL Academy videos or promo materials after my partnership ends?
No — strictly forbidden. Usage rights apply only while your affiliate partnership is active. The moment your partnership with VEL Academy ends (for any reason), you must immediately stop using and remove all VEL Academy videos, banners, images, and other promotional materials from every channel — website, social media, ads, and anywhere else they were published.

Do I need approval for each course, or does one approval cover all six?
We recommend signing up to promote each of the six VEL Academy courses individually in the Digistore24 affiliate center. The upside: approval for each one is instant, so you're never left waiting — you can start promoting right away.
What's your conversion rate, EPC, refund rate, and chargeback rate?
