If the nail plate shows severe deformation (twisted lateral parallels, hooked nails), nails are thinned or naturally thin, problem nails, square rebuild needed, length extension required, no material on the free edge and the client refuses to shorten — use Poly Gel Architecture Restoration.
If deformation is minimal — use Sides. In all other cases — Gel.
